JESUS Film Ambassadors are:

  • Passionate about reaching and discipling people for Christ
  • Thinks more people need to participate in the Great Commission
  • Invests Time, Influence,  Money and Expertise (TIME)
  • Willing to communicate with others about the JESUS Film
  • Prays for JESUS Film teams and their ministry around the world
  • Gives so more JESUS Film teams can be supported and equipped
  • Goes on local and/or international trips to supply equipment to JESUS Film teams
  • Recruits new Ambassadors
  • Volunteers for a one-year, renewable commitment
  • Grows others to pray, give, and  go

My name is Nilakshi. After watching the JESUS Film and all the difficulties Jesus underwent, I really desired to be a disciple of God. After the film was over, the pastors laid hands on me and blessed me.  Then I decided to go to church every Sunday. But there was a lot of problem from my family and friends. I managed to get permission from my husband and go the Bible studies that the pastor conducts.  I do not go to the  temple and pray to idols anymore. Now I believe in a true God. I know God has given me a greatest gift in the world! He has given me a future. A real future with hopes and dreams and possibilities that are limitless! He is my only salvation. I am living a happy life now.  Life is peaceful in the presence of God. Amen.

SRI LANKA Ministry Team Story

This place is a beautiful place in the central part of Sri Lanka near the mountains.  This estate is like a village.

When we were doing our follow-up ministry in this estate, there were some young boys who came and watched the Jesus film showings in this estate when we had organized a JESUS Film showing some time back. They called us and showed us the well that they were digging. It was 15 feet deep. After that, they were inquiring from us saying “Your Lord has risen up from the dead and can he help us in getting water to this well.” We said “yes our God is a living God, and if we pray to him with faith, he will definitely give you water.”  Quickly, we got together and started praying in faith for water to come from this well. Praise be to God like the miracles Jesus did there was water in this well too! The boys were so astonished and believed that our Lord was a risen Lord! They ran out and told their friends and relatives about this miracle. In no time the whole estate knew about it. These boys became friends with us and they started helping us in organizing the Jesus film showings in this estate whenever we go there. Please pray for this village and the boys with whom we have got in touch with. Pray for the salvation of these young lives and to be a witness to others in this village, and to share Jesus’ love among others.  Praise be to God.

Since he’s unable to speak, he proudly shares his love for this ministry by what he wears. Check out the picture of our newest, and youngest Ambassador ever!

Harvest Partners are concerned about the eternity of the people alive today all around the world.  So much so, they are funding the work of evangelism by supporting the work of 419 ministry teams and funding their equipment needs.  Today we celebrate a Harvest Partner couple, both in their 80′s, who will see 670 people in heaven because of their faithful giving each month since 2008.  Well done!

You can be a Harvest Partner too.  We’d love to let you know how you can participate in “Sharing God’s love with the lost to help fulfill the Great Commission.”

We then recieve their stategic plan and equipment needs, and then share the need with you, Harvest Partners.  Of course, because we believe God is speaking to you also, it isn’t long before Harvest Partners begin providing the necessary resources to equip ministry team needs and sponor new teams.

Recently, a new region in Sri Lanka has opened and God has directed JESUS Film Harvest Partners to move briskly into that area.  Hence, a new need has arisen:  Teams need nine sets of equipment and 12 team sponsorships.  Of course, we know God has already spoken to many of our Harvest Partners about funding this need. Are you one of them?

We ask leading questions of ourselves such as, “Am I good enough?”  “Can I change the world?”  “Am I capable or skilled enough to do whatever the task is ahead of me?”  “Will I be appreciated for my work?”  All good questions that deserve an answer.

In Christendom, we say, “Worthy is the Lamb,” which affirmes Jesus as the sacrifice for the sins of humanity. Yet,  God found each of us worthy after the creation of the world when he said, “and it is good.”   Therefore, you are worthy.  Worthy of God’s loves, mercy and grace.

Non of us knew what to expect, but as with God, His plan is mighty.

So, what are we referring to? Great days are ahead because of the blessings received in March. Historically, we know for every $3 donated, one person makes a decision for Christ. Because March roared like a lion, 166,666 decisions for Christ will be made because of Harvest Partners.

Harvest Partners are what make this ministry roar.  It is Harvest Partners who always manage to listen to the heart of Almighty God and usher in great days ahead.  Thank you for being a Harvest Partner!

Statistics aren’t everything, but they certainly do help us understand what is happening.  JESUS Film Harvest Partners track everything. Below is something to be proud of, knowing that for every $3 donated, one person makes a decision to follow Christ. Let the statistics speak for themselves. God has worked weekly and daily through the 374 ministry teams in 2011. See what he’s done over the life of the ministry too.

In 2012 we have even more teams.  That’s information for another day, however.

Weekly:

  • On average, the equivalent of 50,310 evangelistic  contacts occurred each week in the last calendar year.
  • On average, the equivalent of 12,936 people each  week made decisions to follow Christ last calendar year.
  • On average, the equivalent of 350 JESUS Film presentations  occurred each week in the last calendar year.

Daily:

  • 7,168 evangelistic contacts each day
  • 1,843 decisions each day – this represents one decision for Christ every 47 seconds!
  • 50 presentations each day

Weekly average over the life of the ministry:

  • 83,644 evangelistic contacts occurred each week over the lifetime of the ministry (Jan 1998 – Dec 2011).
  • 15,202 people each week made decisions to follow Christ over the lifetime of the ministry (Jan 1998 – Dec 2011).
  • 372 presentations occurred each week over the lifetime of the ministry (Jan 1998 – Dec 2011).
